"Hi Deb, I just wanted to let you know that I had an appointment with my dietitian today. She did a full body scan on me & I have lost 4 cm off my waist, put on half kilo of muscle, body balance of my upper, lower & upper-low are now all balanced, where in scans previously my lower body has been in the slightly unbalanced section. (I put on 2 kgs of weight) Thank you so much Deb for helping me achieve all this & also for checking on me today. She has trained me one on one, as well as adapting home exercises and positions to entertain my little daughter. She has shown me that Pilates doesn't have to be the stereotype most of us think about.
