VITALmoves is also a fun and sociable experience, as we often exercise in ‘Circuit’ style, within a small group.
You will exercise at your own pace, and within your own safe range of motion. Modifications provided for all exercises, which are delivered by a Personal Trainer who specialises in training older adults.
VITALmoves can be found on the NSW Government’s Active & Healthy website
Pre-screening form must be completed prior to joining VITALmoves classes.
VITALmoves Lite (chair based) runs Mondays 10:30am. A perfect class if you need to return to exercise, at an easier pace.
